I am very dissatisfied with this company. Not only would they not take our triple A (even though they are a triple A approved company), they didn't take our car where we asked them to, and the woman who answered the phone/at the front desk was extremely rude to us when we asked questions about our bill. It has been a totally unprofessional experience with this company and we would not recommend using them.

Rick and Robert were life savers!! Thank you Als towing for helping my son and I tonight! I will always use Als towing anytime i need a tow. Five Stars!!

This company was awful! Chrisitan based company? The lady who answered the phone was told by my insurance agent and myself to only bring our car to our home when we are present. Company was in a rush to get our car towed to us and left our car on the streets of Columbus, Ohio. In addition, they left it unlocked with the key in it! This was not our request. All they thought about was themsevles not the customer! When I called back to talk with them on setting up a time they said they had their driver drop off our car on the street. They did not even call me to tell me.

Professional and courteous service helping tow my old truck to my new house. I appreciate the quick service and friendly attitude. Thanks!

Not the first time I've used Al's but the first time I used them when not broke down! Always great service. Just bought my first "project car", 60years old and a little delicate. First and only call was to Al's. I received a quick response and estimate from these guys for the 200 mile round trip. They took care of everything from there!

I had a great experience with Al's staff on the phone and in person. My wife's car broke down in a parking lot in Westerville and they were honest with me about being very busy for Red, White, and Boom. Since her car was relatively safe, I waited until today to call. The driver met me at my car almost as fast as I could get back to it, and he was extremely friendly and helpful, even considering it's the 4th of July.

Took about an hour after calling AAA for Chaz to pick me up on the side of the highway. He was kind and professional. I rode with him for a couple hours while he towed my car. He was great to talk to and he is probably the most valiant person I have ever met.

Had to get my car towed today to dealership. Brian was very helpful, polite, and professional. He answered every question I had and explained to my dad what problem car might be having. He made us feel better about a car that wouldn't run. We will use Al's Towing again - if we have to.

I just had Toby pull me out of a very sticky situation. He was very polite and professional. The charge was very reasonable. I would use again without hesitation and recommend to all my friends. Thanks again, Toby!

Very fast and friendly guys. They were very knowledgeable and assisted me and my family and took very good care of my truck. I now have AL's Towing on speed dial. I will use them every time I am in need of roadside assistance. Thank you staff and drivers of AL's Towing.

I got a flat on 71 at polaris the other day and aaa sent out al's towing. when aaa told me it was going to be an hour wait until the driver got there i started to panic a bit i have 2 kids with me what am i gonna do. well the driver was there in 20 minutes in a flatbed to tow me because i didnt think my spare was any good. the driver Josh was as nice as could be and was super helpful he showed me why my tire was flat that i did have a spare tire filled it with air changed out tires and sent me on my way all within 15 minutes of arriving. I would reccomend al's every time

I believe Al's towing is the best in Columbus Ohio. Needless to say very hospitable. I was served by tow guy Shawn he is also a mechanic for Al's towing. I was displeased with another towing company that served me this evening and I was not happy they messed up my car more than what was wrong with it and when Shawn came out he could not fix it either but he was so darn great and I really appreciate how he treated me as a valued customer. I am not the best writer in the world but simply said this company is the best helping every day people like you and me.

A great company on july 29,2011 als towing came out i called AAA they sent out pete he was a nice person very careing you guys should be honored to have him employed for you thank you als towing

My starter was acting up and my car would not start. They came out to tow my car but when they arrived they helped me get my car started. After that they followed me to auto repair dealer that was 8 miles away. That was going above and beyond the call of duty. Just knowing that if anything happened on the way I had a tow truck following me to help was a stress reliever in itself. GREAT SERVICE AL'S TOWING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would call them everytime.

They claim to be family oriented but I have to disagree! My husband was an employee there for 3 months. He worked very hard to please the customers and the owners. As a matter of fact, one of the good reviews on here is about him. He just couldn't keep working for a company that demanded 18 hours days and then not get paid what he was owed at the end of each week. Somehow, each and every week, the accountant would deduct from every run on his sheets. They may be good people as friends, but not to work for. Between paying for their own gas in the tow trucks and all the deductions for no reason, he ended up not even making any money at all. Just sayin....

Want to say thank you to u guys, last night on our way home from getting pizza I had an electrical problem with my truck and it broke down I had to walk home. so me and my boyfriend and our good friends walked from the Huntley and Worthington-Galena rd to Busch (lucky for use we didn't live too far) with the pizza/bread sticks in hand 2 liter of pop.. It was cold out!! Not very proud of the Worthington police dept.. a cruiser drove by we were 4 people walking in an industrial area and he didn't even stop to ask if we were ok.. But we got home and got online called 1 place and they were gonna tow but wouldn't give us a receipt I wanted to get the towing reimbursement I had through my insurance.. well Al's towing was willing to hook me up and give me what i needed a receipt!!! Thanks you guys for being quick and honest with me and getting my car back home!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Thank you for towing our daughter's car after the accident and for allowing it all to be arranged by phone. It is sometimes difficult when we live a hundred miles away. Good job! Thanks again.
