I have lived here for almost 2 years, and love it! It's close to everything, and the staff is great!

I am totally in love with this place, the community is very clean, quiet and i feel very safe. i have the best property manager i could have ever asked for Tara is one of the most polite and understanding people i know. If i ever have any issues which are rare, but she makes everything ok if i ever have an issue. i know i can count on her she is very dependable and responsible and very caring. Me and my boyfriend are gonna live here for a while, everything we need is within 5 miles or less. The fitness center here i use and it is awesome very neat, clean, and organized and the bathrooms are very pretty and modern. The pool area is awesome when its open, plenty of lounge chairs and even chairs and couches with coushions. Everyone in the community is very nice and welcoming. I am so glad i found this place on apartmentfinder dot com. its the gem of apartment complexes.

I have lived here for 3 years it is a nice and quiet place. management is wonderful Tara is amazing she responds to calls and takes care of things quickly. Roberto is always friendly and takes care of my issues quickly as well.

Tara the resident manager is friendly and always has a smile on her face. And everyone is very friendly.

Whatever they say when renting your apartment will mean nothing when you leave. The office staff is rotated out or leaves and if it isn't black and white forget it. In fact, any deposits you leave, forget them too regardless of the condition of the apartment. I rented for three years, couldn't get decent response to maintenance and had the apartment thouroughly cleaned and still lost every dime of my deposit. This is a scam group at it's finest. My rent increased over 15% each time I renewed. Finally left and found that other apartment complex's haven't mastered what Ardent has, they pass everything off to "corporate" and you get the SHAFT!
