BUYER BEWARE. bought a mower from them. Broke down within warranty time took it back in June of 2013 is now June 2014 do not have my mower. They told my wife they could not afford to fix it. They are telling me lie after lie.

I understand your position of being disappointed. However, you purchased a used unit from a customer of JLW Mower Shop, not directly from JLW Mower Shop. Even when purchasing used equipment from JLW Mower Shop we only give a thirty (30) day warranty. You had the unit for 6-7 months prior to having problems with it. The previous owner attempted to help you resolve the issue to no avail. As the new owner of the mower shop I agreed to help as a courtesy and you expected me to repair the unit as though I had sold it directly to you and there was an existing warranty. JLW Mower Shop has done all we can do for the unit, though we did not ever own nor sell it. I apologize for your experience in this situation. Best Regards, Terrance
