Everything is perfect! They are so professional and I feel like I'm home. They treat my Luna (my dog) like she's their own.

This community is very nice and clean. Community staff is amazing. Very Cool leasing office. All the communities I have seen in Columbus, this is far better than any other. I would defiantly recommend this community over others.

I am living in this community since almost an year ,love this community and new staff member andrew is awesome and he is friendly and quick in response with maintenance requests ..It's privilege to be here with family...Keep up what you are doing !

I have lived at Polaris Crossing since moving back to Columbus back in August 2015 and have recently re-signed for another year. The staff is great and the amenities are great. I really like the pool table in the clubhouse. Come check this place out I am glad I did.

I have lived at Polaris Crossings for about 15 months now and it’s everything we have ever wanted in a apartment complex. They have great management team of Allesandra, Sierra, and Dustin. They have done a tremendous job of making this apartment community the number 1 place to live around Polaris. Champion is lucky to have such a great group. Always treating everybody like you are one big family and any problem you have they care about. Polaris crossing upgrades are awesome from the new carpet, granite counter tops new bathrooms to the updated appliances. Units also come with a new washer and dryer. They have a new fitness center with all new equipment. A great pool where everybody can relax and soak up some sun. Polaris crossing has everything you need around it bars, restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores. You even have Starbucks for free in the lobby. I would highly recommend living at Polaris Crossing to everyone.

I have been here for 4 months now and i like the community as my friends are living here too. The location of the apartment is good . Though my road facing house is noisy. It feels safe to be living here. The support staff are very cooperative specially Allexandra.
I wish the pool table would have been available 24/7 as it closes at 6 when we come from office. The swimming pool is small and always full of people.

Alessandra and Sierra are the best in the office. They have a starbucks machine in the office - so free coffee.

Hello my name is Marcia Ive lived at Polaris Crossing for 7 years. I love my 3 room apartment. It is close to everything. I love the swimming pool and parties we have. The grounds are well kept. The girls in the office are very nice and willing to help. I also like the improvements they are making. Thank you.

Not only is the location super convenient with Kroger being across the street and Polaris mall being right down the road ( which can potentially be a bad thing ha! ) but the office staff is so helpful , maintenance has been fast when I've had the one request I've put in. I love the pool because it's HUGE and it's never over crowded and they put in cute new furniture this year. Love it so far!!

Improvements are looking great. The new management has a super friendly and helpful office staff, and friendly and fast maintenance. Apartments look completely different on the inside now - granite , new cabinets , carpets , flooring ect..

I stayed here for 1.5 years plus. To say, First step for the success of any business is the way they represent. I personally appreciate Champion management for appointing Beau and Allesandra as mangers for Polaris Crossing. These two are really nice, has lot of patience, knowledge, cooperative and helpful to their Customers. Talking about Polaris crossing, this is one of the best community where we see and feel the family and friendly environment. Place which is near to gas station, groceries, Polaris mall, schools, chill out places, restaurants, movies etc. There may be few incidents but one of the safest and secured communities. Lease terms are also very flexible with reasonable prices. Due to all these various reasons and the most important thing is due to the cooperative/ friendly/ helpful management, I'd love to recommend Polaris crossing ias one of the best community within Westerville and Columbus locations. Finally to say about Champion, they really mean and deserve that name:)

I want to thank Champion for hiring Beau and Allesandra as managers at Polaris Crossing. We visited the place late last year it was owned by another company and weren't very happy with everything from the mangers to the property. We then came back at the end of the year and everything was 100% better. The property was cleaner the managers were great and made it very simple and easy to decide that we wanted to move here. The apartment was very clean and the area has everything around it from Polaris Mall, restaurants , grocery stores ect. I want to thank Beau and Allesandra for making the move very easy. I would recommend this complex to everyone.

I have lived at Polaris crossing for 3 years and have lived in several other apartments. My experience here has not been horrible, things have happened that sucked but I have yet to live somewhere were everything is always smooth. The staff has always been nice and the property including pool is kept up. I would recommend this place to anyone who lives in the area.
