Provided by YP.comWe needed an inexpensive place to stay while visiting relatives in Westerville, Ohio. It's true this motel could use some updating, but it worked out fine for us, close to town but very quiet location. Check-in and check-out were easy, staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, included a small microwave and fridge, and the bed was very comfortable.

Provided by YP.comThis was a very convenient place for us to spend the night while visiting in Westerville.The room was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a night's stay. We were so pleased with the room that we signed up for the Redicard membership.

Provided by YP.comWe only stayed one night, but it was for sure the nicest Red Roof Inn I've been to. Nice flat screen TV, coffee maker, and very clean.

Provided by YP.comI had reserved a Single room with just FULL bed and customer service person at the counter upgraded our room to King Deluxe at no charge. Room was quiet and even though we were close to the freeway, we never heard any traffic sounds. Breakfast was good for free breakfast. Room was clean. Was a welcome stay for a short overnight trip

Provided by YP.comI reserved the rooms for out of town guests and I was told the rooms were comfortable. I checked to rooms myself before guests arrived and from what I could see I was very pleased, seemed clean. Staff was excellent. Hospitality was excellent. would recommend.

Provided by YP.comThis hotel is located in what appears to be a nice, safe neighborhood. It is close to the downtown area of Westerville, which is walkable and has several restaurants and shops. It’s also close to Columbus and the Easton Area. The price point for the room was great for our 4 night stay in the area, as well. The hotel itself is older but appeared to be well maintained. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower and sink was good and the A/C system worked well. There was a mini-fridge that kept our beverages cold, a coffee pot, and a microwave, as well. The Wi-Fi worked great and was very fast and the TV was a newer model, flat screen. The room included a continental breakfast in the morning. Each of the staff members that we interacted with was very friendly and accommodating, as well. Overall, the accommodations are what you would expect from a hotel in this price range and we are returning to the area next month and will stay there again for that trip, as well.

Provided by YP.comThis was our 1st stay here, but certainly not the last. We come to Westerville about every 6 weeks to see our family. I was greeted with a warm smile, and told if we needed anything just call. We have stayed at numerous Red Roofs over the years. Have not seen this type of service since Jim Truman was alive.
The rooms were very clean, towels laid out properly and very inviting. From now on, this is our home away from home in Columbus, Ohio.

Provided by YP.comI recently stayed here on two different occasions for work. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I stayed here because it was the closest hotel to my job site. It is conveniently located near several good restaurants. It is a good place to rest your head.

Provided by YP.comThe room was small but clean. Nice sheets and heavy towels. Rooms was very nice. Owners made you feel very welcome. Did not eat breakfast so not sure of breakfast bar. I would stay there again. Easy walking distance to restaurants.

Provided by YP.comThe hotel staff were very accommodating and polite despite being busy due to the Arnold show. Spacious room, good decor, classy art, and nice TV. I think the hotel is run by a single family. Checking in was very homy.
