This company is located in Hilliard and Westerville. It is a massive contracted call center which unbeknownst to most people. is the out-sourced first line of customer contact for many of your Fortune 500 companies. It is now a part of a GLOBAL corporation which supports call centers from the Philippines to India. If you are looking for employment, do not be deceived by the names of the companies you will be contracted to service. But, most of all do not believe the way you will be treated as an employee or the manner in which you will be allowed to service customers would be condoned if you actually worked for the actual company. Accept it as an opportunity for employment. Use it for a stepping stone to something better if you can endure the corporate culture. You will more than likely have to compromise your integrity to stay working there. You may find it hard to sleep at night, but good luck!
