This bank would be great if it were not for one teller, Dawn. She puts holds on Govt checks, that should go in as cash. Any other teller will put them right through, but Dawn takes it upon herself to make you wait unnecessary days to access your cash. This way, if you spend anything that should have been available, but isn't, because of Dawn's "Hold" on your account, You will bounce your payment and be charged 37.00 in Overdraft. Sometimes, a little power goes to her head.......
