This is the only review ive ever written but because I was so disappointed in townfair I felt i needed to write this while I sit in there waiting room. I came in on friday made an appointment for a tire change, alignment and , balance for the following morning. That night wile at home i got a texts from them saying they where working on my truck and then 20 minutes later got a texts saying thank you for your business. The next morning I brought my vehicle in on time and they said it would be about an hour and they would texts me. They also asked me for the information that they got from me the night proir. 3 hours gos by no texts from them and so I go back to check up on my truck. There it is sitting in the parking lot with the tires done. I go and steve hands me my keys and says your all set . I asked him for the paper work showing what they did to my alignment, says go look on my dash. Appon further review turns out the alignment was not done so here I am on my day off sitting in there waiting room waiting even loner for these guys to do there job. I have always used these guys in the past for all my vehicle tire needs. I have given them alot of my business but this is the last time. I feel they are incompetent and dont care. I do not recommend them.

These losers can't even be bothers to acknowledge you entering their greening store.I went in looking to buy 4 new tires for my ranger .they ignored me.they let a 4 dollar repair job jump ahead of me

I had the best experience with buying tires. The employee Steve G made this so easy for me and he was so informative, took the time to answer my questions. He went above and beyond what he had to do. I will definitely buy my tires here again and recommend Town Fair Tire in Westfield.

DON'T BELIEVE THE LIES!!! Their web site states "we beat the internet" and yet in the store all they do is mach web prices, and then add tax on top making it cost you more than getting it online! Town Fairs Tire's "Free" services are not free, when their web site states "If the customer comes in with a set of snow tires not mounted on wheels we will dismount the regular tires off the wheels and remount the snow tires on the same wheels at no charge to the customer." Their manager told me that you are going to still be charged with a balancing and valve stem fee! THAT IS NOT "FREE" ! ! ! There is Plenty more I could state but needless to say, I WILL BE BRINGING MY BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE ! ! !
