Customer service is exceptionally awful. Staff are rude and inefficient. They think they work in pure impunity w/o any supervisor. BTW, supervisors have the same attitude. It deserves no star.

Watch out for your packages. I have called them twice on a package that is a Christmas present for a child that I have still yet to recieve. They told me that the carrier said she delivered it. Oh really, because I never got it. I also said what the tracking site said.....that they received it and it was out for delivery.....never said it was delivered. Their excuse was she delivered it without scanning it. Oh really, isn't that a coincidence.....I have gotten packages from before and there was two other ones this year, and they ALWAYS said delivered on the tracking when I got the packages. If she did supposively deliver it, isn't it her job to scan it delivered? She didn't do her job and now I have no package and lose out on money I can't afford to.
