I've been coming here for 3 years. Consistently good mani pedis. Until today. There's a sign outside that said new management - customer appreciation 40% off. I was concerned. And with good reason. The girl I had do my pedicure was horrible. And I normally don't say that. She snipped me twice. Crappy filing, like a 10 year old would so. Cuticle clipping was like just scraping the clipper up my nail - dry skin everywhere when finished. The massage - she did both legs at the same time, pulling and tugging and not relaxing what so over. I didn't get a hot towel. And my polish job was another story. Just all around horrible. If you are going to go, ask for Jessica. My bad for my today.
