The new owners are great people. They really take time with each order. The pretzels are always fresh and soooo good !! Staff is very welcoming and helpful both on the phone and in person. They make suggestions and offer samples of new items. Understandably, since they are made to order fresh you need to give them a small heads up on what you need and when. Best of Philly's shops by far. Place is always clean and you can tell employees love their job by their positive attitude. Never disappointed here. Always a hit. Lately, I have taken them as a' "thank you" to hospital staff who told me they were grateful (and so sick of donuts).Thinking of expanding to birthday parties, parent teacher functions and my book club. They are great at picnics and bbq's where the cold beer is flowing.
