Proudly Introducing New York State's First Winery, Brewery & Distillery Mazza, a name long-known in the local wine world, is proud to introduce our new location, featuring Mazza Chautauqua Cellars wines, an expanded distillery and our new craft-distilling brand, Five & 20 Spirits. We welcome visitors to taste from our selection of fine wines, small-batch distilled products and craft beers as they peer out onto 80 acres of surrounding farm-land, which is home to grains used for spirit (and beer) production.
