The flowers were beautiful, but we were disappointed when the price changed and she would not listen to us. We agreed to a particular price, but when the groom's mother delivered the cash to her, she was told the price was $100 more. Claire told her that we had paid $250 rather than $350 for the deposit. When we showed that we had paid $350, she still would not refund the $100, rather came up with some other reason to keep the $100. We dealt with this long distance, and I regret not having something in writing. Such a shame to end on a bad note.
