Phenomenal dental office. Kind staff, clean office, and Dr. Aico make sure I am in and out in no time. And the office is open past 5 pm some days so I can come in after work to get me cleanings.

Had 4 fillings in the front bottom...turns out great. I was very happy with the cleaning and work. I would recommend.

While scheduling appt, I asked if Dr. Aico accepts Anthem Ins, they said yes. Showed up 30 min early for new patient paperwork. Gave my insurance info, and they advised me that my insurance covers emergency and accidents only. Receptionist in demeaning language asked insurance provider (she did not call my dental insurance) to explain to me that my insurance ONLY covers emergency & accidents. Called my insurance myself and found out that Dr. Aico is NOT in network and my insurance covers 100% of 2 exams and 2 cleanings every calendar year.

Wasted 45 minutes of my time for their office to humiliate me and wanting me to pay 100% for their services. Very bad business practices to lie to potential patient to get their foot in the door. Definitely do not recommend.

I just had a root canal done Dr. Aico & her staff kept me comfortable.
I was able to leave the office pain free and enjoyed the rest of my day.
They always seem to follow-up with a phone call anytime you've had a
procedure; world class service right here in Ohio.

Outstanding service - professional and friendly, leaving a pleasant experience with no anxiety when visiting a dentist.

Normally I am terrified of going to the Dentist. But Aico and her team made it a Pleasant experience. She is so knowledgable and patient and a generally lovely person.

Excellent! The dr and her staff are so kind and compassionate! I won't go anywhere else and my teeth always feel so clean after a cleaning!
