The Dr. is wonderful. Secretary Laura is mean and verbally abusive to patients! I have a problem with his condescending secretary Laura. If you ask me her agenda is to put him out of business! I just hope he realizes patients love his practice and detest his rude help.

Secretary is extremely rude. She always gave me trouble with papers needed for work, filling prescriptions, and relaying messages. I am highly displeased with her and her actions. I overheard her on the phone with a patient, and when she hung up with them, her exact words were "I do not care!" in regards to what the patient was saying on the other end. I almost walked out. This is not a place any person should be mistreated, and I was every time I was in the office or on the phone with her. After calling and leaving a message to get a refill on my prescription, I called a couple days later as I had asked her to call me once the refill had been phoned in so I was aware, and when I told her why I was calling she rudely said, "Well didn't you call your pharmacy?!". Then, when I did call my pharmacy, they had no record of an order from the office. So I had to call her AGAIN. She obviously did not listen to my message as I left my pharmacies name and number, yet she sent it to my OLD pharmacy anyway and then gave me an attitude as if it were my fault. I also made a follow up appt. I did this on a Friday. By Monday, I had recieved a letter in the mail stating he would no longer have me as his patient. Hmmmm...a little coincidental, you think? How can any physician take the word of a woman with such awful people skills? Never once did I give her her very own attitude back until the last time I spoke to her. I could not take being spoken to that way anymore! She seems to dislike her job. And it shows. But to convince her doctor to no longer see me?? Now that is taking it a bit too far. I am a very young woman with a lot of serious health issues. And now I am left in limbo until I find another doctor as he will ONLY SEE ME FOR EMERGENCY PURPOSES for a 30 day period. After that, well, letter pretty much tells me I am on my own. Talk about compassion? I THINK NOT!
