These guys (and ladies) at the Westlake Branch are truly outstanding! Things never go exactly as they are planned, but when an issue pops up this Team does whatever it takes so that you leave totally satisfied. I appreciate their dedication and effort!!!

I have rented numerous vehicles over the last couple of months and Jorge and Ryan continue to step up with exceptional customer service. It's people like this at Enterprise in Westlake that make me want to continue our business relationship! Thank-you!

Although I have no complaints about the service, I was quite disappointed with the odor of the car. They have started using a very strong smelling spray cleaner in the interiors. It was so overwhelming that my eyes were watering and it hurt my throat.
When I retuned the car and told them, they made no concession. They took the car back to the wash area and applied the cleaned. When I needed a ride home, they used the same car and the smell was so overwhelming we had to keep the windows open. I had a bag of groceries in the back, which totally absorbed the odor. I couldn't even keep the bag in the house.
They have to realize that some people are sensitive to odors and can cause health issues.
This location is close and convenient, but I will NOT rent a car from there as long as they continue to use this wretched cleaner.

Will not ever Use enterprise again, for many reasons. One location refused my rental even though the insurance company approved and was paying. Another location hung up on Mr and the last one overcharged me. They are always the most expensive and some of their employees are arrogant and wharf to make the laws. If I had listened to them I could have gotten a ticket. Do you think they would have paid it? NOT

This was the second time I have rented from this location, reserving a particular vehicle a month in advance. Both times the model I had asked for was not available and I had to make due. How hard is it with a months notice to have what I asked for waiting for me? If you just want transportation this location is fine, if you want a certain model to meet your needs forget it.
