Poor customer service after injuring my pet, I took my 4 month old puppy for a nail trim on 3/7/15 and they cut his nail to the quick so badly it bled for 1 1/2 hours, I had to take him to the emergency vet and it stained my carpet. After two messages about the incident, I got a dismissive response back from the owner indicating my dog "danced around on a desk in the store and got his picture taken with no evidence of blood in both instances" I have evidence of the vet visit as well as stains on my carpet. Thankfully my dog is ok now. I am not one to complain or give bad reviews, but please be advised this is how complaints are handled by this store. I get that accidents happen, but my dog got hurt and it was handled poorly!

This is the only place I shop for my animals. What a great shop. The owner is a true animal lover, very nice , and informative. The groomers also do great!
