If I could give less than a 1 I would. They are horrible. They do not show up for appointments. Lie about parts being on order. Do not fix properly.

I agree with the other review about poor service. Don't waste your time with this place because they don't come out when promised. No return call and a no show service call.

The part needed to repair my washer took 6 weeks to arrive. I was left a voicemail that it finally arrived and to call to schedule an appointment for installation. I have tried to call to schedule and no one ever answers the phone. I have tried to call in the morning, afternoon, and evening and no one ever answers the phone and there is no answering machine. What "business" does not have an answering machine? In addition, their "business hours" are from 9-4. I do not recommend.
