The owner was calling constantly to try to get my business. He was rude, very persistent and would not take no. Would never use or trust them based on my conversation. Do not use them not worth the headache or hassle.

I chose Jaime and his team at ABC Valet for the second time to take care of my family's special event in Bel Air (90077) last week. They did an excellent job taking care of the valet and parking both times by scouting the area ahead of time to find the optimum location to have guests leave their vehicles at, navigated the steep and narrow driveway (that ends in a blind corner), and shuttled guests back and fourth from the drop off point to the event.

Jaime, the owner, was there both times and provided prompt and professional service at a reasonable price. I appreciate that he kept his word and took care of our guests and their vehicles without any hassle as promised.

They gave me a good price that fit my budget and the attendants were very professional. I would definitely use them again for my future events.

I must say I AM VERY IMPRESSED with Jaime and his supervisor Luis. They offered the best bid and their response time and follow up were second to none. Luis and his team showed up 1 hour before our company event and had the staging area set up well before any of our guests showed up. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend their service. I contacted ABC Valet 2 days before my event. I was surprised they accepted to take on my event last minute and amazed that i was personally taken care of by the owner Jaime V. He was courteous and made recommendations anticipating all my needs along with detailed touches for my invited guest. His secretary made it easy emailing me the contract and disclosing me on our agreed terms.

The day of my daughters christening, ABC Valet staff showed and hour before the reception, professionally dressed genuinely ready to work. It was comforting to see that Jaime V. showed up to the reception, Just to make sure his staff was working up to my expectation. I over estimated the number of guest that showed up; I planned on 100 cars and Jaime quickly made arrangements to accommodate and quickly valet 200 cars (that all showed up roughly at the same time). I am writing on behalf of an anti-bullying charity, and we recently hosted our very first fundraiser. Our office is located on the busy streets of La Cienega where parking is very limited, yet ABC Valet made sure that all vehicles were taken care of. Jaime of their management team drove down the weekend prior to examine our location and better prepare themselves for the event. The company went out of its way by providing us with extra workers, and the employees were kind and supportive enough to even wear our charity “Choose Kindness” shirts as their uniform for the evening. We are very grateful for ABC Valet!

Had to accommodate 250+ cars when the RSVP's increased at our Leasing Center Opening. This company was a gem. I spoke to Lynn who executed last minute. I am located in the Villages and people were impressed with their services. The staff looked happy & professional, clean with company attire and responsive. Showed up on time as well!!! The day was a torture hot one and they still prevailed with smiles...I will definitely be using them again and again. Excellent company.

ABC Valet is awesome. They are very affordable and professional. The staff members are polite and very accommodating. I had a huge fundraiser event in LA and I originally had 30 guests but it doubled to 60 at the last minute. ABC Valet was able to accommodate me with additional staff within minutes!

I organized a memorial service with 50 people in my hillside neighborhood house that has very limited parking on the streets. I choose ABC Valet out of 3 quotes, because of price and the personal customer service and detailed quote info made me feel the most comfortable. I was happy with them. They were polite welcoming my guests and everything went without a single glitch. All of my guests said they wonderful and did not have to wait long. Also it was a 100 degree day which did not stop the guys. They worked on with pleasant attitudes the whole event! I will use ABC Valet again.

i just recently used ABC Valet again for a private event at my home and i must say the service was again EXCELLENT. The crew was 30 minutes early and had already scouted the location, they were all professionally dressed, polite and very helpful. The owner of the company Jamie, even showed up and attended to my guests. Its great to see such involvement from every part of the company. I highly recommend the use of ABC Valet for everyone.

I used ABC Valet for the first time and I have nothing but praise for the company. employees as well as Jamie were all very courteous and friendly. I couldn't have asked for better service. my guest were also just as pleased as i was and had nothing but excellent things to say about the service provided. My husband and I hired ABC Valet for our wedding back on December 2011. Our wedding was at a residence where there was street parking only. There were four friendly gentlemen on staff to tend to our 165 guests that day. Not only were they polite and professional, they were quick! One of my guests fell ill during the reception dinner and they had her party's car retrieved and at the gate entrance within a few short minutes. They treated everyone with such a rare degree of respect seldom seen in today's service industry. The owner of the company even stopped by later that evening to be sure his staff were doing a stellar job for us. All this great service for an unbelievably low price! Although they are based in Ventura County, they are very happy to accommodate events in the greater Los Angeles area and beyond. ABC Valet came very highly recommended to us by two friends who are both in the event planning business. They only use this company. Now we highly recommend them to you.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! My key was lost at a party that ABC was the valet service for. The owner Arturo was hostile and defensive and denied any wrongdoing. He hung up on me the night of the party when I called him stranded at a house in Malibu with my car locked. He claimed they left all of the guests keys on the table at the end of the night but mine was never there as far as I could tell. I honestly am not sure whether it was misplaced by ABC or another guest but he was extremely unhelpful and did not even seem to understand my questions asking for help. The cost for replacing my smart key is close to $350.00, beware of this company!

ABC Valet is one of the best Valet Companies I have used & let me tell you I throw a lot of parties so I regularly use Valet Service for my guests. They are not only beat any other companies but they are actually better than all the Valet Companies out there. I think I finally found the Valet Company that I will use for all my events!!
