I called this Costco to ask some questions about a product whether it was available in the store or no, and one of the lady managers was totally rude and unhelpful. Costco just fell in my eyes.

We should have a gas station as there are few in this area and Costco gas is less expensive than other stations. It is needed in Westlake Village.

Costco meets many of my needs even though I am a household of one. I can't buy certain produce, obviously, because it will spoil as it is packed in bulk, however some I am able to utilize in a reasonable amount of time. One problem I encounter is your inventory comes and goes so quickly I don't have a 2nd chance to make the purchase-it's all ready gone. Are you short stocked or just don't keep things in house long enough because you want to bring in new inventory?

Most everyone I know shops at Costco satisfactorily,especially with a percentage back each year when they spend enough, which is fabulous. I certainly find myself content and find it worth my while to continue my membership each year.Thank you all at Costco for building in our neighborhood, your friendly service and quick check-out system. Your staff is helpfull, and we appreciate the demonstrations and hospitality workers.
