Dr. Cohen and his staff are always super friendly and welcoming! Office visits are quick and efficient, not ever having to wait for any long period of time. Great demeanor and patience with my 4 year old and his broken wrist even when having to be reset 2 times. Hoping that we won't have to visit again with another broken bone, but if we do, this is the best place to go!

The BEST! Every aspect of the care that Dr. Cohen and his incredible group provide is fantastic, and genuinely the best around. Aside from their state of the art technology and vast medical knowledge, they truly care about you and your well-being. Dr. Farnum is very friendly and good at his job. His billing department is HORRIBLE. In April of last year I had an epidural steroid injection done by Dr. Farnum. Dr. Farnum is an out of network provider and he assured me that he would accept what was paid by my insurance company as payment in full. The claim was submitted EIGHT months after my procedure and Ethel, in his billing department, will not accept the check from the insurance company as payment in full. She expects me to pay almost 50% more than the amount paid by the insurance company. I have used Dr. Farnum previously and he always took the reimbursement by my insurance as payment in full.Make sure you get any promises made by Dr. Farnum in writing.
