Village Townhouse is a terrible place to live and it is impossible to deal with any sort of problem with them. It all started when moving in with a service animal who is a dog over their required 15lbs. Upon applying, we were completely honest with the animal we had and I provided a doctors note, certification of training, ect. We resided at this residence for our year lease and we were planning on continuing our lease as moving was not on our minds. However, on February 20th we received a letter from Gerosabren Corp stating they would NOT renew our lease (we are confident its because of our dog, our sweet, never harmful dog). We were loyal and responsible tenants. They said we must vacate by March 9th. Excuse me?! Legally they must give us 30 days. When I tried to contact the company, there is no phone number to reach them. I called the office on premises several times and left voice messages and no one has responded to date. In the end, it has forced our hand to find a place to live within 2 days and move on the one day off we have. My boyfriend is a full time fireman and I am a full time nurse. It has been stressful but a blessing none the less. I hope no one ever has to experience what we have had to with this awful "cooperation".

I was a tenant at 5480 Aurora Drive, Ventura for 9 years. I really enjoyed living there. Although, I must say the problem is management. They went through 5 managers the whole time I lived there. The manager they just recently hired is very dishonest, unprofessional, rude and very nosey. I think management should review her application because she sure does not know how to be a loyal and honest office manager.
