- Private and Duet Classical Pilates instruction. I am a skilled teacher who has trained private clients Classical Pilates and general fitness for over 12 years. I have a fully equipped studio with all Pilates apparatus. I also teach cardio, HIIT, BOSU, and fitness techniques if clients want it. Clients of mine who have studied Pilates with other trainers notice they have great physical changes in shorter periods of time with me, especially compared with trainers who don't teach traditional Pilates.
