As a practicing dentist, I would describe Dr. Kapadia in one word: Trustworthy. When my dentist of 15 years retired earlier this year I wasn’t excited to look for a new one. I was recommended Dr. Kapadia by a family friend and decided to have an examination and prophylaxis done at his office. I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of his front office staff when I walked into his office and was greeted by name. My impression only grew fonder of the office as I interacted with the DAs, the hygienist, and of course, Dr. Kapadia himself. The entire staff communicated with me at every step of my appointment and made me feel like I was the sole focus of their attention. Dr. Kapadia personally explained to me his recommendations and at no time made me feel like he was trying to “sell me” any dentistry - a practice which is sadly all too common in the area. I am happy to say I have found my new dental home that I look forward to staying with for many years to come!
