Provided by YP.comThis was the WORST manicure and pedicure experience my husband and I have ever had! Horrible business ethics. We had a coupon for an $8.99 pedi and $15.99 mani/pedi. First off they barely clipped my nails, kind of filed them, and didn't bother with my cuticles or hangnails. My manicurist said I had callouses but refused to touch them unless I paid an extra $10.00 for removal. All other salons include all the "extra" services this one doesn't. While receiving my "relaxing" mani/pedi I was constantly hounded to get a massage, or add a flower, or whatever and they didn't take no for an answer. Finally my husband gave in and got a foot massage; 10 mins for $10.00. The manicurist got out a timer and placed it in front of her. The massage was weak and effortless. After rubbing his feet she then proceeded to rub his legs without lotion and latex gloves on. The experience was more painful than enjoyable to say the least. Imagine getting your legs waxed....same feeling. After the 10 mins was up an alarm went off that was so loud it sounded like a school bell. The entire 20 mins we were at the salon the staff were speaking in Vietnamese to one another and talking about us because they felt we were a waste of their time. We felt this from the start when we walked in with a coupon. The quality of our mani/pedis were very poor. They were in such a rush to paint my nails that my manicurist didn't give enough time in between coats of polish to dry. The polish started to bubble and was unevenly applied.
My husbands mother went to the Nail Citi not too long ago and also had a horrible experience. She paid for her mani/pedi with a credit card but decided to pay tip with cash she had in her car. She told her manicurist this and that she would be back. The manicurist, not being able to speak English well along with all the other staff, chased after her yelling and pointing, "No Tip, No Tip!" This was to make a scene and warn other staff that she is a cheap client and not to serve her in the future.
My girlfriend went to Citi Nails before a wedding and also will never go back due to poor service and quality.
I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Provided by YP.comSTAY AWAY and save yourself so much aggravation... any salon is better than this!! Just returned from the world's fastest Spa mani/pedi and it shows..... After the 15 min. "treatment" Kevin had the audacity to tell me for what I paid, (with coupon), this is what you get... So much for their offers., which are all over the papers, etc. They clearly just want to bring people to their run down salon to rip them off, but certainly not to deliver what they promise. They did not even remove the old polish completely, much less remove any cuticles, or calluses, they just slapped new polish on toes and nails. One squirt of lotion, rubbed once up and down the leg, the tub had not filled yet when he pulled the plug, so what is SPA about that? It did not help that they were very busy and were probably hoping for full-paying customers.
For me, this was definitely not worth even the discounted price, will not return and warn everyone not to expect ANYTHING when using their coupons. Besides, I agree with earlier reviews, lots of sales pressure for more stuff, which I did understand because of their poor english. Both employees were very distracted, constantly watching other employees to make sure they get their share of the tip, as well as lots of talking in a foreign language. I never saw them use any sterile tools, they just pulled them out of a drawer/ pocket !!! Stay away!!

Provided by YP.comTERRIBLE PLACE !!!! so greedy, so unprofessional. Very few workers are good but they also hire really bad ones. If your nails look good you just got lucky that day, but if you keep on going there you will be VERY disappointed . I give them 0 stars.

Provided by YP.comI took my mom here for a mother and daughter mani-pedi and it was not a good experience. Even though I scheduled our appointments, the receptionist ended up doing my pedicure! He had no clue what to do and it what order. The lady doing my manicure had to instruct him at each step. Needless to say, I had to watch him instead of laying back and relaxing. My manicurist didn't even remove my cuticles and the polish chipped off that same day. I do not recommend this place at all. We spent $170 (my mom got the massage) and we felt like we got $17 worth of service.

Provided by YP.comI don't make a lot of money, but I saw a coupon for a mani/pedi special at Nail Citi.
I can't believe I wasted any of my hard earned money. They were so quick (but not thorough) and kept trying to sell me things. They gave me dirty looks when I asked to be able to sit at the fans, and then when I realized she missed painting half of an entire nail- she was not nice and didn't want to fix it.
What I had hoped to be a nice relaxing b-day treat, ended up making me feel terrible.
I wouldn't not recommend this place, I recently went to the salon on kanan "affection nails" and would tell you to drive the extra 5 minutes.

Provided by YP.comI couldn't get a good look at my nails since they hurried me out of the salon (without even using the dryers?) my hands have nailpolish all around my nailbeds, and some of them are crooked! i should have realized when he barely filed them, but i figured they were in good shape.
It looks like i did them with my left hand (nondominant). what was even better was how mean they were when i asked him to fix some of the crooked ones later. NEVER going there again.

Provided by YP.comi honestly could have had better service if 4 year olds were painting my nails... they rush you in and didn't even let me use the nail dryer, they put my stuff on the table OUTSIDE the salon. I had a gift certificate for a mani/pedi. Didn't realize that it meant crooked nails and half painted toes. They insisted on me upgrading because 'my skin was dry' or my feet looked like they needed a scrub. she scrubbed each foot for 2 or 3 seconds. i counted.
i couldn't be more unhappy. i had to redo my nails... and this is coming from someone who rarely get's upset.
When I called to see if they would redo them- he said nothing for free- since i used a coupon. I would have paid full price if i wouldn't have had to tell them how to do their job. Frustrating when it's something you save for to indulge on and you get treated terribly. worst costumer service. so rude.
