Phill Dunn was very assuring when we first met not to worry he said he assured my wife still when we got the letter from the DA and went to court Dunn told her to plead guilty Dunn had received the police report the day before we requested to see the report but did not till 2 weeks later my wife was handled very roughly by the Thousand Oaks police brushing her wrists and hitting her forehead while putting her into the police car Good ol Phill said that was normal after receiving the report we had a lot of questions he finally told us he had answered all the questions and would no longer talk to us We also had a vacation planned and was told to go we did not have to clear it with anybody we found out had we done this there would have been a warrant for her arrest very disappointed with his advice and the way he dismissed us when we still had questions Phill was paid and he was done!!!
