I had this great idea of using hairspray to get a stain out of my silk tie because it had worked on a bloodstain in my jeans, and wouldn't you know it, advanced degrees in chemical engineering do not mean you can't do stupid things. It looked like my tie was ruined.



Until Westlake Village Cleaners came to the rescue! I brought it in assuming it was toast, and they basically told me it is probably toast, and asked for my permission if they could turn it into toast, and to come back in a couple of days and see how burnt the toast was.



Turns out, the tie was in good shape and I still wear it. She mentioned how much time it took, three washings, but it didn't cost extra.



I've been going here for years, the prices are reasonable, they can meet next day requests. Their service and quality are always great.



It's hard to give five stars to a cleaners, I mean, it's not like I eat there, but they have been the best cleaners I've dealt with.
