Great service, knowledge workers and volunteers, too of the line products, and a selection that beats all others!

While the selection of items for your garden and pond needs are really great, the prices are pretty steep in relation to other places in the area. If the staff is busy doing their stock work, they do give the impression that they are being interrupted if you have a question, which is unacceptable behavior in my eyes. Without the customer, you really won't have a need to be stocking the shelves, right? A lot of items are not tagged with a price and sometimes not even a proper label of what it is, which makes it necessary to ask the staff questions as you browse. I, for one, will not purchase a plant without knowing what it is because that makes looking up information on proper care difficult if not impossible.



I gave them a 3 star rating of good because of the selection and the health of their plants and livestock, however their customer service skills need a vast improvement. Customers are not an interruption of your business... They ARE your business.
