We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Unfortunately, we are the ones that get bashed for not delivering product when the manufacturer promised. I cancelled the order after the final promise date came & went, per my customer's request. I even recommended that Scott have his new wheels (bought from someone else) shipped to me so that I could mount our tires on them, for his convenience. He wanted to cancel the entire order, which I did, and I refunded his full deposit. Here is an e-mail that I received from this "unsatisfied" customer after we spoke on the phone regarding this unfortunate situation- Hi Brian, Just wanted to say Thank You for understanding and returning my money per our conversation yesterday. I know you worked hard on this and I am truely sorry it didn't work out for either of us. If you could please process the refund as soon as you can I would really appreciate it. I borrowed the money from my wife to do this and I don't have enough money to purchase wheels until I get this back in my account. Again Thank you So Much for your help and time with this. Scott Marks
