I would not recommend getting your computer, laptop, whatever fixed at Internet city. The owner, manager, or whatever the head guy in charge was very unprofessional. He told me my laptop would take a few days, at the most a week for him to see if the screen needed to be replaced or if it was just a cable issue. He made an "educated guess" that it was a cable issue, I thought it was the screen all along but him being the expert I went along with it. He told me e he needed to order a new cable because the one I had deteriorated, that was fine. He said it would only take a few days for the cable to come in the mail, yet it took a whole two weeks. He said it was due to the postal service, and because of that Monday being a holiday- MLK day. However, I feel as though if he would have ordered the cable in a timely manner it would have well gotten to his shop no more than 6 days. And on top of that I had to call him in order to get updates on my laptop, even when promised he would call me I never receieved a call from him. Turns out it wasn't a cable issue it was the screen all along. I wouldn't be so upset at the time frame if he would have steadily been on top of contacting me instead of leaving me in the dark about the situation. He seems unprofessional and it's too many computer shops out here that would have did a much better job instead of sending me on merry go rounds. And on top of that, i still had to pay him for the cable and the diagnostic test.
