i have lived in westland for a number of years. always going to a family friend or doing the work my self. recently i purchased a chevy s-10, a little beater off the side of the road. i knew it would need work eventually. first thing being a muffler. i went to three different shops as my family friend is out of town on vacation. all of the other shops were quick to tell me leave it with them for a couple hours, and they will call me. all other prices were 50-75 dollers over mr muffler and refused to show me what was wrong so i blew them all off and decided to live with the loud muffler. yesterday morning june of 2018 i found a giant puddle of coolant (anti-freeze) mr muffler was the closest shop so i head that way. i have never met a mechanic with more professionalism, or strait forward pricing. abe the owner answered all of my questions. and quoted me 50-75 dollers cheaper for my muffler and a more than reasonable quote for the terrible coolant leak. i would recomend this shop to any man. woman or younger person. his buisness is established and hes not here to just make a buck. Abe is the man go see him

close to my home friendly staff can get you in and out fast

I stopped in at the shop to have my Dodge Ram truck air conditioning charged. They were prompt to greet me and able to get it taken care of right away at a reasonable price. The tech advised me the air was working well and showed me that I had to press a button to activate the cool setting. They did not charge me for their time. I have had a previous car serviced here and had great experience with the work and service that time too. Another customer having his car serviced was telling me how great they are and you can tell they have regular repeat business.

Since day one that iv stepped foot in to mr muffler in westland iv had nothing but amazing service. From oil changes to car repair and everything in between, I can always count on Mr Muffler. Satisfied with every visit... I dont have to worry about breaking my piggy bank to get anything done here, very reasonable prices. Simply the best hands down whe I it comes to honesty and professional auto Service

I took my vehicle in to get an oil change, just before they were done I was told that my vehicle had no air filter lol WOW!!! my vehicle had a air filter in it from the last time my oil was changed but yet the guy had me to get out of my vehicle to see his slick work he did on dropping my old air filter down the pit, so I would have to buy one from them for 17 bucks, I was RIPPED OFF stay away from this place or U will be RIPPED OFF TOO. 02/19/13 Stay away from Mr. muffler 125 south wayne RD corner of cherry hill and wayne, WHAT A RIP OFF

iam very happy with the service i had got at this mr muffler.The owner abe has always been very fair with me and has always got me back in my car asap.I have told alot of people to take there car there and they also were happy with the service.Just go in ask for abe and he will take care of you.

I usually despise having to take one of my vehicles to a mechanic. It always feels like you're being taken for a ride. Not this place! I'm very pleased to say that they completely understood that our family is on a tight budget and gave me the best price possible for the extensive work that I needed done. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and I was never treated like a "dumb woman" when it comes to auto repair as I have been at other places. I felt totally respected and my opinions on what needed to be done were taken seriously. They got the work done in a very reasonable rate of time and didn't go a penny over the original estimate, which is highly unusual for an auto repair place (sad to say). Friendly, down-to-earth, honest staff was a definite plus in my book! I highly recommend having your auto repair needs taken care of by this particular Mr. Muffler location!
