This is the most TERRIBLE agency! I would give it less than one star if it was possible. The booking lady overcharged us for 3 Days Baja Cruise. We are a family of five, so we could fit into two cabins. However, she booked us three cabins for $3750. Meanwhile, she booked a family of three with just one cabin. Thus, it meant that we only need two cabins, NOT three. We spoke to the customer service manager, but at that point, it was too late to do anything. We knew then that we were scammed by this travel agency. After the trip, my mother called the travel agency. Instead of apologize, the lady on the phone gave her the attitude. She repeatedly hung up the phone in the middle of conversation, when my mother was trying to talk to her. She denied that they were at fault, and said that if we are not happy with their agency, then don't use their service again. She used profanity when she couldn't find any other excuse for booking us that extra cabin. That was the WORST customer service ever!
