BUGS, and LOTS of them! They change up managers almost every month and many of the Hispanics that live here are illegal (ICE did a bust here, 9 adults in the 1 bedroom unit above), loud (crappy music blaring, strangers and parties), and dirty (trash dumped in the bushes, bikes parked in front of your door, beer bottles everywhere, etc.). People will often park in the wrong spots (so you have to get them towed) and cars left on the street get broken in to or stolen once in a while. They are also really expensive for how small they are. No Hot water in the shower 6am-1pm. ACK!
