Provided by YP.comThis place is really HORRIBLE! It should not get even one star. The sales people are all extreme high pressure and rude! They sent out FIVE people from sales reps to sups to try and get me to buy an SUV for more than I wanted to pay and even tried to get me to finance claiming that it would benefit me. The sales rep who initially approached me wanted to take the keys to my car claiming that they needed to look at it for the trade in value. The real reason was so that they could keep me hostage while they kept working on me. It took them about an hour and a half for ALL of them to get that I was not going to budge. They really thought I was an easy mark. I don't know who the other reviewers are who gave this place high marks, but I would bet they are connected somehow to this business and just added their two cents to try and make it look good. Those reviews look too suspicious. Buyer beware!!! This place needs to shut down.
To add, when I drove away from this place with the car I unfortunately bought from them the steering wheel was shaking. I was NOT about to go to their service dept because I KNEW they would do more damage than they had. Once I was done with all the paper work to buy this car they took a really REALLY long time to get the car to me. I realized that they had done something to the steering wheel during that time. I took it to a mechanic whom I trusted and he told me that the steering wheel was in a very dangerous state so they fixed it for me.
This dealership is not only thieves, but they are evil. To do that and put me in danger like that, all for profit, is pure evil

As a general guide, for every filed complaint, there are usually hundreds more that were not filed, because many people do not want to go through the effort to do that.
Elmore Toyota uses various bait-and-switch tactics with having different sales managers involved as well. Their crooks include Sam Errama, the general manager, Peter, the sales approval manager, and Diego, sales man.
A manager had approved the price in writing. The next day Peter and Diego asked me to come in to finish the deal. But when I came in, they refused to honor it. Worse yet, when Sam Errama, the general manager, was informed of these issues, he did not acknowledge the issues because he is just as crooked as Peter and Diego.

Provided by YP.comI recently bought a brand new 2012 Prius at your store on the 7th and since I was in a rush to get to work I signed all the papers telling Jeremy their finance manager to go ahead and add all the protection on the car. After reading all the papers I decided the protection wasn't for me and came back on the 27th to cancel and get a refund on all the extra protection such as the premium Toyota warrantee, gap, and prepaid maintenance. Since Jeremy was not there I spoke to an asian lady who I waited around 10 minutes for and after telling her my situation she leaves and talks to someone, comes back and says I have to see Jeremy fix my problem. I requested to see if any higher authority personnel can speak to this about me and after waiting for about 20 minutes more in walks Lennie Roman. Of course he says the same thing that I have to wait for Jeremy so I let that drop and I ask him in your opinion am I able to cancel this. In response he says no because it has already been processed and he repeats this "everything has gone through and everything has been processed" even though the contract states I can get a refund within 60 days. I showed him the paper and he reads the contract out loud as though I'm stupid to prove me wrong just to end up saying I guess we'll be able to take it off your finance amount... The point I'm trying to get to is he should know your policies as a man of his position and not try to swindle customers into keeping things they don't want. This is my first new car and my first buying experience. Simon did a great job showing me the cars and all the features and Jeremy also was very professional going through all the details with me. I went back the next day to see Jeremy and he was able to fill out a simple form to cancel the extra contracts I didn't want so I was a little more frustrated knowing it was only one form that took 1 minute to fill out while they made a big deal about how long it would take to cancel it. It's people like Lennie that cause the stores reviews to be so low on all the sites. The only reason I came to your this store was because a friend recommended me to Simon and all I read is "100% satisfaction Guaranteed". This was not the case...
