I stopped by yesterday to test drive the Clarity Electric. Well, I ended up signing the lease. I went there knowing what vehicle I was interested in and did research beforehand on the car. Khalid helped me with the test drive and everything else, and I fell in love with the car. There was no pressure to buy the car, buy extra plans, switch to their Allstate insurance, etc. They let me tell them what I wanted, they gave suggestions, and I made the decision. Best of all, it only took 2-3 hours. My last car at a competitor dealership took 6-7 hours. I had a great experience here and I know my friend is looking into the CRV now. We purchased our Honda Pilot from Marinko at Honda World. He did two test drives with us on different trims and explained all the alternatives and price ranges. He also answered our questions over the next two months as we took our time shopping around. We ended up getting our vehicle from Marinko as he presented a good selection of vehicles to choose from (color being our important factor) and a fair price.

If you need to find a good deal with excellent service, Michael Pham is your man! We had been shopping around for a new car and had been to a few local dealers, but they kept trying to get us to buy a more expensive car with lots of upgrades. Then, we heard Michael on the radio and decided to give Honda World a try. We weren't disappointed. Michael was knowledgeable, flexible, and courteous. He gave us a price that beat all of the other dealers. We couldn't be more happy, and would recommend Michael to any of our friends. Way to go, Michael!

Marinko Rudela, Ray Egans did an outstanding performance when it came to pricing. I like their straightforward and honest approach in negotiating the car deal. Josef Lai was very professional in helping us with our financing. Overall, great experience with great people. Definitely recommend this trio when it comes to buy or lease a Honda at OC Honda World.

First week of 2017 on my vacation and shopping for a new new truck. Went to many dealers but when I reached this place Honda World Westminster I knew I was home. Ray Egans honored the price he had given me online and even though they didn't have the color I was looking for he got on his three phones like a broker and found me my baby after a few minutes. On 12-30-16 I leased a 2017 Honda Accord Touring from Kifah Kharouf, Internet Sales Manager at Honda World. He provided excellent professional and courteous service. Benjamin Bach, Finance Manager also provided excellent service. It was a pleasure to complete the transaction with them.

Ray Ega's and Joseph Lai were both very helpful. Both ray and Joseph were very clear and professional when it came down to paper. Honda world made possible to get the car I wanted.

Horrible buying experience! I would never go back to Honda World in Westminster. I got an Internet quote from Alex Kraekel, the fleet manager. When we arrived to buy the car, SURPRIZE! they had added two add-ons each listed at $995.00 , adding almost $2000 to the cost of the car. I should have walked away. After an hour or more of negotiating the price of the add-ons I finally was so worn down that I agreed to pay $475 for the two. I later found out that each of these items are worth about $25. Then we went to the finance guy, Benjamin, and he kept pushing the extended warranty, which I didn't want. After hours of Ben's arm twisting, my wife finally begged me to just buy the coverage so we could get out of there. I thought I had gone in well prepared with weeks of reading and price comparing, but these guys are pros at their evil game. The week after I bought the car, I contacted Alex to see of he could do anything to make this right, and he referred me to the customer service manager who refused to do anything. Honda world is the car dealership of your worst nightmares. Buyer beware!

I just completed the purchase of my 12th Honda from Kifah Kharouf from Honda World Westminster. Kifah not only has been a great business partner and has always treated me and my family very fairly, I consider him a friend. I feel like he has my best interest in mind and is diligent about getting me into the right car at the right price. I have referred a number of my friends to Kifah and I would not hesitate to ask you to reach out to him when considering a new car, whether it be a lease or a purchase. he is truly fantastic and the entire staff at Honda World has been great.

I and my husband just have a test drive and lease to own a 2015 Honda Accord Sport at Honda World on Beach Blvd same day. It's our first time ever. We received a quote few thousand less compare to Honda Norm Reeves and Costa Mesa with Mr. Alex Kraenkel, Senior Fleet/Internet/Costco/Auto Club Sales Manager. A person easy to talk, honest and very friendly. He gave us a good deal, several options of financing and he's taking good care of us. I'd had it with my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. It had left me stranded for the last time. I began to search online and got the AAA price, Martha Kitzmiller was able to beat those prices. I was referred to Martha Kitzmiller from a very good friend who didn't really know Martha but had heard good things about her and Honda World. Well, needless to say if I could give her/them a 10 start rating I would. I had been shopping around for a 2015 CRV EX-L and talked to several dealers, but none gave me the top notch service (and great deal $) that Martha at Honda World gave me. My experience was out standing. Mr. Kifah Kharouf made sure that all my needs and wants were met, he is very professional and friendly, from the first time he gave me the best offer unmatchable by any other dealer. He made everything very fast and easy.

I shopped around online at several dealers and Kifah quoted me a price of $22,210 for the 2014 CRV. I received another quote from Hardin Honda in Anaheim of $21,500, however they did not have the color I wanted in stock. So I contact Kifah back and he informed me that he had the color in stock that I was looking for and he would meet the price. When we go to make the deal Kifah informs me that this vechile has had Invisasheild placed on it, which NATURALLY is NOT included in the $21,500 price so it will add another $495 to the price of the car. Well I had a headache and didn't feel like arguing with them and knowing car dealers I figured the other dealer would have probably pulled the same crap so whatever fine. Then I asked about installing an alarm and Kifah tells me it will cost another $895. I thought that sounded really high, but again I am sure the other dealer probably would have done the same damn thing, so I just agreed to the additions of $1390 knowing I was getting screwed.



So then Kifah takes me over to Finance to see CK. So now CK goes about his song and dance of trying to get me to buy the extended warranty. The price starts out at $1600, then when I said no drops to $900. He then gives me a quote of how much my monthly payments are going to be and is giving me a price of over $100 a month more than it should have been! He leaves and comes back and says he just spoke with Kifah and Kifah has made me a "GREAT" deal! My monthly payments are now going to be $50 less a month which INCLUDES the Honda Care 7 year warranty! WHAT???? How the heck can it be LESS and include the warranty? I insisted to see it in writing! So he tip taps on his computer and hands me the breakdown and Oh lookie lookie, Sticker price = $23,775, Sale price - $23,775! WHAT THE HECK!!!!! I told CK OH NO, this is NOT what I agreed to! I was quoted $21,500! Magically Kifah walks in at that moment and wants to know what's going on and I tell him and he says "Oh no, that is just the sticker price!" Really??? Then why does it say SALE PRICE???? So Kifah tells CK to fix it and magically the monthly payments are now where they were suppose to be, but now they did not utter another word about this so called "Free Warranty" they were giving me!



They write up the "offical" paperwork and since I was getting such a GREAT price, they were "loosing money" on the deal, so they raised the sale price to $22,000 and gave me $500 towards my downpayment, which caused me to have to pay more in taxes on that extra $500! The JERKS! Oh and lets not forget about my extras.... The total price was still $1390, however my $895 alarm was now listed as $760 (because I am a Costco member and get 15% off), however now the $495 Invisheild (which was sticker priced on the car window) was listed as $630! Get your prices CORRECT you morons!!!!!



So anyway, I drive off in my beautiful new CRV and the next day I am wishing I had bought the Honda Care warranty, because after all Honda's only come with a measly 3 year warranty. So I contact Kifah back and low and behold the 7 year warranty is now $1400. When I questioned him he gives me a song and dance by first saying the $500 "rebate" I received was to offset the $1400 price (thus $900). So I told him the $500 rebate was because they raised the sale price on me $500, so his story changed and said CK must have been offering me the Honda Care Maintenance warranty for $900 and he was INSISTANT the 7 year bumper to bumper warranty was $1400. So I did my research and discovered Saccucci Honda in Rhode Island sells the bumper to bumper warranties online for almost cost! So I purchased an 8 year warranty for $1035 from them (FYI...their 7 year warranty was $765).

Great place to buy a new car. I first was given a quote for my used car that was fair for a dealer price, then, I was given a fair price on a new car. I used kbb for price references. My sales person was Martha Kitsmiller, who was easy to deal with and seamed very reliable. I purchased a 2014 Honda

Honda mechanics are no different than what is outside, your "warranty" is a joke and a rip off, Customer service rep. "Nicole" is very unprofessional, will lose a lot of clients thanks to her horrible serv. next car will not be a Honda for sure

The best place in Orange County to buy a new Honda. We visited a few dealers and ended up going with Honda World because of their great deal and friendly staff. We bought a new Honda Pilot from David Tran. Danielle Bennett was also very helpful.
