My experience with OC Infiniti over the past several years has been excellent. Appointments are easy to make online or by phone and once I get there my car is taken care of as promised and the few if any issues I have are handled. This past visit Kris Karr helped me and she did an outstanding job. She was friendly and professional and took care of my FX as promised.

Simply, if you're not speaking to this dealership about your next purchase of an Infiniti product, you should seriously consider doing so before going elsewhere. When we buy a vehcile, we always want to make sure the service department is working to a standard of excellence we expect. I have been purchasing Infiniti products for 9 years and even though Inifinti strives to maintain stellar service, this dealership sets the standard and raises the bar.
