The worst customer service I've ever had! Ya they have cute product and pretty words and they will be your best friend when you're buying but once you leave the store with the product you are screwed. I love Hello Kitty and my mother bought me a purse from there that fell apart in the strap on my first day of using it. I am from out of town so I couldn't get it back to the store for 2 weeks. When we went in the owner said that it was my fault, that I purposely ruined it and then he changed his story and said it's normal wear and tear. When we bought it he told us that it's wonderful quality and a life time guaranty. We weren't asking for a refund we were asking for an exchange. I was even willing to exchange for something cheaper than that expensive bag. However, he refused and all but called us liars.Don't purchase from this store he will screw you over. My suggestion is if you want Hello Kitty then buy direct from the Sanrio website. They will always take care of you.
