Lexor inc? more like Lexor ripoff. I have purchase a pedicure chair . customer service was great when it Cal to buying there product. they would call everyday to ask if are still interested. so when the shipment arrived I opened the box and I see a big crack on the bottom of the spa pedicure tub. I immediately called Lexor to let them know the product was damage. customer support said they will take care of it . and call us back right away. guess what no phone call. next day called bacon they cause the same thing . I have sent picture of the damage product to 3 different manager. so everyday i'm constantly calling asking to see when will they solve this problem. . 11 days has passed by we get a call from the manager his name is nick. he said for us go ahead and use the chair and they will send us a new bottom tub to replace the ,cracked one. how can I use a broken chair?horrible experience with this company. I would not recommend anyone to buy products from this company if your looking for good quality product and good customer service
