Spa chairs's parts felt apart quickly than I though. They shipped parts out for us to fix very quick but, it takes time and laborers to fix them. I paid more $ for these chairs in hoping to get more durable spa chairs for a busy salon but, I was disappointed. Not to mention their delivery company lost 2 of the stools and pedicarts and none of them care to take responsibility. I am not sure if I will buy their pedicure spa chairs next time after spending over $21000.00 in 2015. We normally switch them out every 3 years.
