This travel agency is fine but the tour guides are not. How can they lock the restrooms on the bus! Even a healthy person can't hold their bodily functions let alone an elderly person with health issues!!! When anyone asked about this, the response was in a scolding tone "It will be unlocked on Friday", and it was Tuesday. Friday came and guess what? It was locked! I was flabbergasted to hear of this from my parents and their friends. In fear of not having access to the restrooms, everyone held back from drinking. When standing in line out in the hot sun to wait for their turn to use the restroom, most of them felt dehydrated and tired. Please someone do something about this. It's too late to make it better for my parents and their friends but it's not to late for others.
