Horrible! I have been waiting for 2 weeks for an appointment for my microwave to be fixed and I was told they would be here yesterday between 10 and 3. I get a call saying there was an emergency at a different call and that they were running behind. This call to me was at 330. Ok no big deal, although really what kind of an emergency can you have with an appliance? So he's running late. That I can deal with. I totally forgot about him even coming until my daughter points out this morning how he never showed up. So, this morning I call and leave a message and get no return call. I call again at 330 and someone answers the phone. Her response is "oh they never showed up yesterday?" Really? and you are the office manager? She also said that she never got my message this morning because she wasn't there. OK. Is there no one else who works there? Then I ask her why I wasn't made top priority this morning or at least someone to have called me back. She doesn't know why. "The phones have been transferred to me because I answer them after hours. Really? 330 on a Friday is after hours when you as a business have missed appointments and not checked messages. Oh and no one works on the weekends. So why do you even answer the phone? Sounds like they have no techs there. Then I explain that I have small children here and it has been a real hassle to have to make food from scratch or go out and get them something every time they want to eat. Which is ALL THE TIME! I was told not to talk to her like a 2 year old and if I didn't like it to go find a different company to help me. Professional business you are running there. SMH! I will be finding someone else to help me and I will be sharing this rant to whoever will listen! Rant over. Thanks for reading

Appliance Man of Colorado went over and above and I would highly recommend their team for any of your appliance issues and repairs. I had multiple appliances out at the same time and were very helpful and prompt to work on the best solutions for me. The are very honest and trustworthy. What I liked in all my conversations with their team is that everyone wanted to make sure I understood what caused my appliance issues so they could be prevented going forward. You guys are great!

Company used to be good

Horrible communication. No phone calls with updates, excuses that we were being squeezed between service calls, no return phone calls and no show or phone call when we were told that someone would arrive between 2-4. Sadly this company delivered great service once, not anymore.

Our washing machine began leak...

Our washing machine began leaking a small amount of water out of the bottom. Over the weekend, I tried to fix it myself, but actually made it worse. My wife called the Appliance Man of Colorado first thing Monday morning, and they were able to come out that same day. They showed up on time and fixed the washer very quickly... The guy was very professional and charged what I consider to be a very reasonable rate. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future for any other appliance problems!
