Here at CSI Business Center, we are just completing renovating a building of executive suites. They are available as single rooms or may be connected for two room suites or larger. They feature furnished and unfurnished offices, short and long-term lease options, common conference rooms, common kitchen area, and some offices have west facing mountain views. CSI Business Center has excellent parking and conveniently located with easy access to US-36 and I-25. CSI Business Center is professional office building with over 30 executive suites rentals that include: daily janitorial services, lobby reception and telephone answering service, all electrical, utilities and heat included, and mountain and city views. We have the best rates in the area and Suites start at a total rental of $400 per month. We are onsite owners/managers and can show space most any time by appointment.
