If I could give them no stars I would, horrible customer service and when I fell behind due to hardships, I was harassed, threatened and laughed at. Still currently dealing with them months later. I was warned when I got my car about them and wish I had listened.

This company is horrible.....really unprofessional customer service....and who ever there towing company is they take your stuff including government property I will be reporting them!

Everything was ok for the first year as long as I paid on time. As soon as life got rough for me ms Perez got mean and threatened me. I asked to talk to a manager and he was just as bad. I will never refer anyone to this company.

The employees here have always been courteous and professional, but, that's not why I'm giving them 5 stars. They work with you no matter what might be going on in your life. When my parents died and I suddenly had 3 siblings to raise, they were patient and kind. My car payment was late and they gave me a short call not to ask to pay, but instead, when I would be able to make a partial payment. They have since then been very nice when I miss my payment date or need to pay less. First Eagle understands that were more than an amount of money. They understand that we are all human and life throws curve balls. Not once have they harrassed me about a payment. I can imagine other scenarios with a different company where you would dread picking up the phone to answer a call when you're behind, but I never have to worry about that. I give then an update , they need a good time and date for a follow up call and wish me a good evening. I'm buying them breakfast one day. This is a sincere thank you for allowing our family to get through this rough patch with a funding corp on our side

They are really nice. Very helpful. I don't know about the other post but I have never been called any names. I would recommend this place. I would give them a five out of five but they are a finance company.

She is in charge of payments and when you are trying to make a payment she will call you a piece of s* Then when I asked to speak to the manager she laughed!
