Horrible rude people work in the offices. I went into the college and talked to an advisor about going to school there. I had a plan for the year and everything. A month before I got to pick my classes I went into the school to talk about my aid and was told that my aid was lowered and on top of it they told me that the program I was going into was not paid for by aid. I told them that I had talk to an advisor aleady and she said it was. I also had the paper work that said it was and the lady told me "Well you miss informed, maybe you school just go for something else" I told the lady that I did not get enough aid for it and she old me that "was not her fault" and then told asked to next have all my paper work together when I come in. Simply rude!! I will never have a good thing to say about FRCC
