All of the employees are very rude and don't even speak to you in English. The worst part is that they blatantly talk about all of the customers in Vietnamese though! But really the main reason why I gave them ONE STAR is because they have no clue how to remove or do gel nail polish correctly. They even say that they have Shellac when they really don't - they have some terrible generic brand that peels off right after they do it. Plus they overcharge for the terrible services. I left there with a broken nail and a terrible polish job and paid $70. There are WAY nicer salons with WAY nicer employees that charge WAY less for actual Shellac. Don't waste your money here! I can't even believe this place is still open because it's terrible!

I think these people are very nice, but I couldn't in good conscience not tell others about this place. I took my whole family there for a treat while they were in town and the service was ok, but the pedicures were horrible. Worst I've ever had. There were 6 of us and 3 people got cut by the spa attendants on their feet. My feet felt rough and awful afterwards and they didn't clean the tubs! My sister in law runs a salon and told me to NEVER GO BACK. You can get infections that way and she said I should call the health dept. Just please, be warned. Bad bad place.

I have been a client of Prestige nails since they opened. The professionalism is by far the best I have experienced in the 30 years I have been going to salons. The shop is always clean and the girls are friendly. I will continue to be a loyal client.

All of the technicians are very nice and friendly except the one that sits on the far righthand side (as you walk in). This technician never greets you, never even speaks to you (in English), never smiles, but she sure does talk to the other technicians in Vietnamese! She is very unfriendly and the last time I was there she overcharged me for what she did.
