We have been going here for close to 12 years. This year we noticed a couple errors on our return after we had paid and it was sent back to us for our signature. I notified the office the very next day by email and phone and told them that I would sign my tax forms once it was fixed... I didn't hear back. Two weeks later we recieved a refund from federal . Our taxes were filed without our signature. I then called the office again and spoke with Carole. No one knew how they could of been filed with out our signatures. Since then, which was mid February I still have not had my taxes fixed , it is now may the 6 th. This office will not return my calls or emails. You would think after 12 years of being a client you would get treated a little better than this . Save yourself a headache and don't use this company. I will file a complaint with the irs and pay to get a amended tax return done somewhere else.
