Provided by SuperpagesCalled twice to let them know that my father was admitted to the hospital and will need to have his tanks picked up and to call me to set up a time. No one ever called and they still show up at 10 am every Friday with their door placard. We are getting no where with this company. I called again tonight and left a message for them to call me before they show up to "deliver" . So we will see.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is my first adventure w ANY medical device usage. Rep delivered and setup O2 concentrator, yet failed to show how to use the device. Gave 24 hour number for contact, not worth the ink on the page, call and be put on hold for over 30 minutes, finally gave up. When the customer service lady came on the line, definitely felt like I was having to fight to be understood, and no matter my concern was blamed on someone else. I needed other equipment to supplement what was delivered, yet customer service was not willing to even try to help. I had to spend nearly 4 hours on calls to get the correct paperwork for my equipment. The hospital FAXED a prescription for the needed items to ROTH, and in theory we were told we were in the delivery queue. 2 1/2 hours later ROTH called me to say they couldn't deliver, as the prescription wasn't properly written to bill insurance. They want $250 CASH to deliver a $40 item. They would not even work with the hospital to get the prescription wording corrected!The customer service and the rep MORGAN, have failed in the need to provide equipment, with no compassion, while talking with complete disregard for life safety. Total of 23 phone calls, most from our end, now I have to go to them to pick up material . RUN FROM THIS GROUP AS FAST AS YOU ARE ABLE

Provided by SuperpagesMy elderly mom is visiting and we didn't know where to get help for a piece that snapped off her Cpap. The staff Stacee, Kimberly, and Josie, went out of their way to help us. They don't take my mom's insurance otherwise we would become a new customer. Even though it was their lunch, they didn't rush and were so kind.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is the worst company. It was suggested by our Dr to use this company for oxygen needs after surgery. Otherwise, this would have not been my choice. The rep said they would call and make a follow-up visit to check the unit. Nobody called nor did we receive a visit. The only time I felt an urgency from them was when we came home from hospital. I think this is because they don't start getting paid until the unit is at the home for the patient. In addition, it has taken them 3x to actually show up and pick up the unit as we told them 2 weeks ago it was not needed for home care anymore. They never called to let us know that they would not be by to pick up the unit. I had to call and follow-up.

Provided by SuperpagesTerrible customer service. I need new tanks within a few days. They can't have them here for a full week when there will be "someone in my area". When the tanks were first delivered I was told just to call when I needed knew ones. They would bring them, no problem.
