The massages are great, and they are good as long as you are using the services. But you have to remember the legality of setting up a membership with them or you get SCREWED! As the Owner explained, it's like a gym membership, if you don't use you don't get a refund. I put my account on hold for 3 months and thought I had canceled the account. I noticed in November that I had been billed since March; ouch, approx. $440. I take responsibility for not getting it closed, but I did not receive an email that the account was being taken off hold and they have no interest in returning any of the money; guess they desperately need the money. And I was told that I can close my account online and that isn't possible or they deceptively have hidden it. I have to go to their location and fill out a form, for which I will be billed another month.THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!

Received a gift card last year for a massage and facial. Both services were exceptional, staff was friendly. I signed up for amonthly membership and get this - included every month with a $49 membership is a 60 minute signature massage. It doesn't matter what massage therapist I see - they have all been excellent. And it get's better. I get a 50 minute facial for $39 which I add monthly as part of the membership. Unbelievable value, I just love this place.

I admit it I finally succumbed to getting a facial. Now that I have reached 40 the years are starting to show. I was amazed at how much of an improvement there was, my face felt better and younger. The professionalism at Spavia was great. Having never been to a spa before I wasn+t sure what to expect, but Allison made me feel very welcome. The environment was calming and the staff was amazing. I was very impressed with the men+s side of the spa. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this spa to men and women.

Over the weekend I got a facial and massage at the Wynn Hotel Spa (the only Five Star and Five Diamond Hotel in Las Vegas) and wanted to let you know it was very comparable to the treatments I have received at spavia. I would recommend this spa over any in Colorado.

Someone finally got it right. I've now been getting massages from spavia for 2 years. I finally joined as a member after realizing I can get a 60 minute massage every month for $49. As an athlete in my early 40's I constantly have back issues so massages are critical. Can't imagine a place that is more consistent no matter what technician they give me. This is a place you want to check out. Also, my wife has a choice with her membership and either gets a tandem massage with me or get's a facial. Spavia definetely gets high marks for treatments and for their service. It just doesn't get any better!

I had been to spavia a few months ago for the first time for a massage and it was great. I received a gift card for Christmas and went in for some much needed R&R. I had a massage and a facial and both were perfect!! I love the neck wrap they gave me when I checked in. It was really cold that day, so the warm neck wrap was awesome! Everyone was so nice and it just made my day! I can't wait to go back! I highly recommend spavia to anyone looking for a great spa in a very relaxing atmosphere.

Finally someone has got it right--a relaxing, wonderful experience and an unbeatable price! It is amazing the depth and variety of the "spa menu"--other spas that try to offer a similar value do not even come close to the "first-class" offerings that spavia provides. This is a place not to be missed if you have any notion of having a massage or facial--the price and experience can't be beat! My first visit was a facial which was exceptional. I'm going back for a massage next week. I told my husband he has it easy for Christmas shopping this year - just get me a gift certificate at spavia...
