We called Danny Tennis, the owner, to level our driveway. He assured us that he had the skills to do the job correctly, and if it wasn't done right the first time, he would come back as many times as needed to get it right. However, he did not level our driveway effectively, said that he would come back to fix the problem and has never showed up. He promised to refund our money, and is not returning our calls or our money. We are very unimpressed by the quality of their work and their follow-up customer service. We will have to call another contractor to fix the work they've done and we are out a significant amount of money. We don't recommend this company.

Since the middle of July I have made multiple attempts to get in touch with you, leaving messages at your office and even spoke with you on 1 or 2 occasions in which you told me you would call back to schedule the warranty work for our parking lot. For approximately six weeks I received no return phone calls.



After finally getting you on the phone and getting you to commit to a date (Sept. 18th) in which you did not show, I'm know just letting you know this is the beginning of the paper trail so I have documentation when I start getting in touch with news stations and the Better Business Bureau.



In less than two weeks on Oct. 7th the school is having an event which will be held in the parking lot with children running laps and I have plenty of cracks for them to fall into since you choose not to communicate or honor your warranty.
