I had a terrible customer service experience at this location. I called ahead, and informed the staff that I would be arriving by 2:30pm. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that it was 2:31pm, and refused to give me my allergy shots. There was no office manager in the office, and the regional manager had no compassion or empathy. He informed me that he would call the office, then his manager, then call me back. That was over five weeks ago. Still no call. I even wrote a letter to his manager, and got no response. Worst customer service I have ever had at a medical practice.
